Not only did we use it to screen applicants, we used the results to help understand what challenges our new hires would face and to adjust the job accordingly, even before they started working.

We advocate using behavioral assessments to hire key employees at a bare minimum (recruiters and account managers), but there are obvious applications when screening applicants for your clients as well.
